Career Planning & Goal Setting
During Amal fellowship program, I have watched a course where we need to set up our career goals which will be very SMART.
After my Graduation, the most teasing thing which I have faced is “Interviews” I need to improve my skill, how to appear in interviews, how to bring some positive gestures, how to present myself in front of employers.
Every single time I have prepared for interviews, read company profiles, employers profile, and also interview questions as well, but during interviews, i have lost all of my confidence and can’t even face the interviewer sometimes.
I have so many things from past interviews and also from past jobs, there were so many bad and good guys, more connections, building and boosting your confidence, and also improved communication as well.
